We make sure that it is eligible to receive the Nano Sealers roof coating. If your roof is eligible, we complete the necessary repairs prior to the product being applied. We wash your roof to remove debris, algae, moss or any other contaminants and then apply the coating. This roof sealing product provides a 10 year transferable warranty. The Nano Sealers roof coating is hydrophobic, UV resistant, algae/mold resistant, increases shingle flexibility and is made in America.

How we do it:

• Inspection: This free evaluation determines the condition of your roof and what needs to be done prior to the Nano Sealers application. During the inspection we identify any repairs that are required. Furthermore, we take the steps to prepare your roof and whether or not it is eligible for the treatment. After the inspection, we provide a detailed outline along with an estimate.
• Preparation: During the preparation process we will complete all of the repairs outlined in the estimate. We will make sure your roof is free of any debris and cleaned thoroughly before the application. Typically, we will arrive a day ahead of the scheduled application. That way we ensure the roof repairs have had time to set and the roof is completely dry.
• Application: We apply a uniform coat across the entire roof, taking steps to minimize any over spray and protect your home and the surrounding area. This process typically takes between 4-6 hours for a 2500 square foot roof. The length of time can vary depending upon the size of the roof and its pitch.
• Test & Warranty: Once the application is complete, we measure the coating thickness. This provides confirmation of a uniform coat and identifies if there are areas that may need to be treated again. After the testing is complete, we provide a 10-year warranty for the application to give you peace of mind and extend your roof life.
