What We Do

Inspection

This free evaluation determines the condition of your roof and what needs to be done prior to the Nano Sealers application. During the inspection we identify any repairs that are required, the steps to prepare your roof and whether or not it is eligible for our roof coating. After the inspection, we provide a detailed outline and estimate.

Preparation

During the preparation process we will complete all of the repairs outlined in the estimate. We will make sure your roof is free of any debris and cleaned thoroughly before the application of our roof coating. Typically, we will arrive a day ahead of the scheduled application to ensure the roof repairs have had time to set and the roof is completely dry.

Application

We apply a uniform roof coating across the entire area, taking steps to minimize any over spray and protect your home and the surrounding area. This process typically takes between 4-6 hours for a 2500 square foot roof. The length of time can vary depending upon the size of the roof and its pitch.

Test & Warranty

Once the application is complete, we measure the thickness of the roof coating. This provides confirmation of a uniform coat and identifies if there are areas that may need to be treated again. After the testing is complete, we provide a 10-year warranty for the application to give you peace of mind.
